Right-to-Know Law Request Procedure

Right-to-Know Law requests may be submitted online by clicking here OR (1) by email to TBrennan@northamptoncounty.org  (2) by fax to 610-559-3001, or (3) by mail to Attn: Assistant Solicitor Timothy P. Brennan, Open Records Officer, 669 Washington Street, Easton, PA 18042. A standard Right-to-Know Law Request form can be found here.

Please be advised that the County of Northampton does not possess records of the Office of the District Attorney, the Office of the Northampton County Council, the Office of the Northampton County Controller, the Northampton County General Purpose Authority or other separate and independent agencies. Please also be advised that the County of Northampton is not a depository of environmental records, and such requests should be directed to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and/or the relevant local agencies.
