How do I change or update my address on my License to Carry Firearms?

You must first update your Pennsylvania Driver's License or Identification Card with your new address. You must bring the updated information to the department and present it in person. If you wish to obtain a new LTC Identification Card with the updated address, you will have to appear at the County Revenue Office and pay a $10 fee. You will then need to bring that receipt to our department for a new card. If you have any question you may contact the LTC Division at 610-829-6595.

If my address is changed, do I need to get a new LTCF with the updated address?
