Historical Interest
- Located in Weygadt in the Chestnut Ridge river valley. Early lumber raftsmen often called Weygadt the "Little Water Gap."
- Chestnut Ridge is purported to contain more varied mineral deposits than any other locale in the County.
Environmental Features: Small copse of riverside woodlands, interesting geologic formations on west side of Route 611, unnamed tributary to Delaware River flows through the site, Delaware River frontage.
