 Our Mission
​

Environmental Services is responsible for organizing various waste collection events for  County residents that improve and increase recycling and waste diversion.  The division coordinates recycling and solid waste efforts within the County by assisting municipalities with implementing their recycling programs.

 Our Vision
​Reduce municipal waste generation by recycling at least 35% of this waste; promote the use of recycled content materials and educate the public on the benefits of recycling and reducing waste.
