The Tax Claim Bureau of Northampton County, Pennsylvania will hold a Tax Upset Sale on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 2020 AT 2:00 PM IN COURTROOM 1 OF THE NORTHAMPTON COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER, 669 WASHINGTON STREET, FLOOR 1, EASTON PA 18042.
****THE LOCATION OF THE TAX SALE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO COURTROOM 1 DUE TO SOCIAL DISTANCING REQUIREMENTS.****
NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS: You will be required to register in person and secure a bidder number with the Tax Claim Unit beginning Tuesday, September 8, 2020 through Monday, September 21, 2020 by coming to the Revenue Division located at the Northampton County Government Center, 2nd Floor, 669 Washington Street, Easton Pa 18042 between the hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. All prospective bidders are required to have a valid form of identification in order to register. A valid driver's license or photo identification card will be the only forms of ID that will be accepted. If you are unable to appear in person to register, you may print and complete the bidder's registration form and attach a copy of your drivers license and either email it to email@example.com or fax to (610) 559-3723. Please fax to the attention of Cindy Hoffer, Revenue/Tax Claim Supervisor. Please provide a return email or fax# in order to ensure your registration is complete. Registration will not be complete until you have an official bidder number.
NO REGISTRATION WILL BE TAKEN ON THE DAY OF THE TAX SALE, SEPTEMBER 22, 2020. PLEASE BE ADVISED THERE IS LIMITED SEATING DUE TO SOCIAL DISTANCING RQUIREMENTS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE BASED ON OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS. REGISTRATION WILL BE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.
