Northampton County's Department of Fiscal Affairs is responsible for the planning, management and stewardship of the County's financial resources. We develop the County's budgets and financial plans, develop and maintain control over all aspects of the County's financial and fiscal affairs, and provide computer support services for all agencies of County Government. The Department is organized into the following Divisions: Financial Planning and Control, Revenue Operations, Recorder of Deeds, Assessment, Disbursement Operations, Procurement and Information Services.
