The Register of wills is currently allowing virtual probates for individuals who are represented by attorneys.

Virtual Probates are still allowed but not for pro se estates.

 DEATH RECORDS BETWEEN 1893 - 1936 ARE AVAILABLE IN THE NORTHAMPTON COUNTY REGISTER OF WILLS OFFICE.

 DEATH RECORDS AFTER 1936 MUST BE REQUESTED DIRECTLY FROM THE DIVISION OF VITAL RECORDS.
