ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
AND NOW, this 11th day of February, 2014, this Court hereby ORDERS and DECREES that all persons under contract of employment as Guardian with Northampton County, including Guardians employed by the Agency on Aging and appointed by the Court:
(1) shall be certified by the Center for Guardianship Certification within (1) year of this order;
(2) shall meet all minimum eligibility requirements for certification which are set by the Center for Guardianship Certification including, but not limited to, submitting to a criminal background check, ensuring proof of work experience, and verifying proof of educational experience;
(3) shall successfully complete the National Certified Guardian Exam within (1) year of this Order;
(4) shall recertify every two (2) years, as required by the Center for Guardianship Certification, in order to maintain certification status; and
(5) shall be responsible for any and all applicable fees for becoming and remaining a certified guardian, unless otherwise directed by this Court.
