FEES TO CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES
DIVISION FOR CUSTODY EVALUATIONS, TESTIMONY IN CUSTODY MATTERS, AND ADOPTION SEARCHES
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this day of October, 2005, the following fee schedule is adopted for work done by the Children, Youth, and Families Division:
Custody evaluations - $450.00 per party
Custody evaluations update - $200.00 per party
Partial custody evaluations - $200.00 per party
Preliminary work on custody evaluations when case resolves before completion - $75.00 per party
Testimony by preparer of custody evaluation- $50.00 per hour
Adoption searches - $75.00
This order shall become effective on January 1, 2006. Administrative Order 1994-16 is vacated that date.
