IN RE: ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 1996-1 -- PROBABLE CAUSE HEARINGS COUNTY PAROLE AND PROBATION VIOLATION PROCEEDINGS

ORDER OF COURT
 

AND NOW, this 20th day of January, 1996, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that probable cause hearings (Gagnon I) on petitions alleging violation of county probation or parole and preliminary review hearings for A.R.D. shall be conducted by the Court Administrator, the Associate Court Administrator, or the Deputy Court Administrator. A recommended order, including reasons in support thereof, shall be submitted by the aforementioned hearing officers to the Motions Judge for review and disposition. The proceedings before the hearing officers shall be electronically recorded.
