AND NOW, this 1st day of April, 2020, pursuant to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's Order dated March 16, 2020 declaring a general, statewide judicial emergency until April 14, 2020 in order to limit the risk of exposure to Coronavirus (COVID-19) to the public, this Court's Declaration of a judicial emergency in the Third Judicial District through April 14, 2020, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's Order dated March 18, 2020 stating that the Courts of Pennsylvania are "CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC," and pursuant to Pennsylvania Rule of Judicial Administration 1952, it is hereby ORDERED that the Sheriff Sale scheduled for April 9, 2020 is continued until May 8, 2020.
