IN RE: ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 1995-8 NOTIFICATION UPON RELEASE OF OFFENDER INCARCERATED FOR CONTEMPT OF A PROTECTION FROM ABUSE ACT ORDER
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 12th day of July, 1995, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Warden of Northampton County Prison or his designee shall use all reasonable means to notify the victim in cases of contempt for violation of Protection From Abuse Act orders sufficiently in advance of the release of the offender from incarceration. Notification shall be required for work release, furlough, medical leave, community service, discharge, escape, and recapture. Notification shall include the terms and conditions imposed on any temporary release from custody.
The victim must keep the Warden of Northampton County Prison advised of contact information; failure to do so will constitute waiver of any right to notification.
