1994-6 Establishment of Fees for D.U.I. Alternative...

IN RE: ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 1994-6 -- ESTABLISHMENT OF FEES FOR D.U.I. ALTERNATIVE SENTENCING  PROGRAM

ORDER OF COURT
 
AND NOW, this 20th day of June, 1994, the cost of the fees for the D.U.I. Alternative Sentencing Program are as follows:
Three Hundred Fifty ($350.00) Dollars for superintending fees, One Hundred Sixty one ($161.00) Dollars for electronic monitoring costs, Forty ($40.00) Dollars for the CRN evaluation, and Two Hundred Ten ($210.00) Dollars for the Alcohol Highway Safety Program.
 
The Clerk of Courts is directed to assess and collect these fees from all defendants participating in the D.U.I. Alternative Sentencing Program. The fees for superintending and electronic monitoring are to be disbursed to the D.U.I. Program and the CRN and Alcohol Highway Safety Program revenue is to be forwarded to the Alcohol Council of the Lehigh Valley. The fee for the counseling provider shall be Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00) Dollars and shall be collected by the provider. If, at the conclusion of the minimum sentence, defendant has not fully paid the counseling provider's fee, the counseling provider shall certify the balance due to the Clerk of Courts Criminal Division for collection as a cost.
 
This order shall be effective with respect to all D.U.I. Alternative Sentencing Program participants arrested on or after July 1, 1994.
 
This order replaces Administrative Order 1994 2, which is vacated effective July 1, 1994.
