RULE N3.5.1. SERVICE OF COPIES OF PLEADINGS, EXCEPTIONS
AND OBJECTIONS.
(a) Pleadings. In General. Service of a copy of every pleading filed in a case shall be made as provided by Rule 5.1.
(b) Exceptions. Objections. Copies of exceptions or written objections shall be served upon the petitioner, fiduciary or accountant and all parties adversely affected thereby, or their counsel of record.
