N1910.4 Commencement of Action. Fee. Filings

(a) All subsequent filings shall be filed and docketed in the Domestic Relations Division; and all Orders and Judgments shall be entered therein.
(b) When a divorce decree or other order, whether final or interlocutory, is entered in the Civil Division, and there are open related claims pending in the Domestic Relations Division, including spousal support or alimony pendente lite, the parties or their attorneys shall forthwith file a certified copy of such decree or order in the Domestic Relations Division, together with all attachments, exhibits and addenda including any property settlement agreement referenced therein.
(1) Parties shall file therewith written specifications of the paragraph(s) of any order or agreement which affects any order or proceedings in the Domestic Relations Division.
