1992-3 Juvenile Court Procedure

IN RE: ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 1992-3 -- JUVENILE COURT PROCEDURE

ORDER OF COURT
 
AND NOW, this 23rd day of March, 1992, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
 
A. All petitions initiating a juvenile dependency matter shall be in writing, and shall include a copy of the controlling Family Service Plan, a Notice of Rights in the form attached hereto, and a Docketing Statement in the form attached hereto.
 
B. Appearances, Petitions, Transcripts, Exhibits, Findings and Recommendations, Orders, Exceptions, Briefs, and Notices of Appeal shall be filed with the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division.
 
C. Parties to Dependency proceedings shall include the child, the parents, and any other custodians of the child, the Department of Human Services, and such other persons as the Court may specify.
 
D. Copies of all Petitions, Findings and Recommendations, Orders, Exceptions, Briefs, and Notices of Appeal shall be served upon the Chief Juvenile Probation Officer, and on each party at the address set forth in the Docketing Statement or in any subsequent appearance.

NOTICE OF RIGHTS
A party to a proceeding in Juvenile Court has the right to have a lawyer's help. If a party cannot afford a lawyer, one will be provided for you free of charge.
At any hearing, a party has the right to introduce evidence, to speak on your own behalf, and to cross examine other witnesses.
