N229 Discontinuace in Divorce

RULE N229. DISCONTINUANCE IN DIVORCE.

In divorce cases a discontinuance shall not be entered after the appointment of a master without notice to the defendant and leave of Court, or upon a written agreement of the parties filed of record. The record and discontinuance costs shall be paid before the discontinuance is entered.
